Well, in light of Luke's enlightening post, here's what's wrong:

The idle bounces randomly due to the megasquirt ICV tuning
The idle is at an afr of 11.5:1 to keep it from pinging, which is not the way it should have to be
The diff is a small case, which likely won't withstand the power for long
One of the headlight brackets is either broken or missing a screw
The turbo bearings are going. Again.
    timing case cover leaks oil
    The AC system
The exhaust is hanging by one of the rear mounts, and is half 2.5" and half 2.25"
The air filter doesn't have a heat shield.
The electric fan shroud is 2" deeper than I want it to be
GC adjusters are corroded to their sleeves
The boost and AFR gauges are hooked up...and sitting on top of the dash.
    clear coat is peeling
    dents from hail
the handle on the sunroof is half a turn out of sync with the detent
driveshaft needs to be rebuilt soon
    Needs an alignment
gas tank keeps pulling a vaccuum
    driver's seat is cracked
passenger ebrake keeps sticking and making noise
passenger rear door panel has an annoying rattle that I can't fix...
cluster rear fog indicator isn't working anymore
    MPG gauge doesn't work
I get a weird "THWWWAAAAAAAANGGGGG" noise when switching directions, i.e. forward to reverse, from the rear end

Such a depressing list after putting so much effort into the car haha. It never ends...

    Winter car's issues:

    Needs new gas tank
    Has LOTS of rust
Is due for a timing belt change
    Temp gauge doesn't work
Has a slight exhaust leak behind the headers
I'm afraid to look at the front brake lines after just changing the rears...
Front drivers side spring needs replacement
Passenger side dim headlight is held in place by drywall screw....

    Gotta love abusive previous owners...

Finish the back section of the exhaust, install the 3.73 lsd, get it on a dyno, put on the replacement ground control adjusters, weld on m3 sway bar tabs, install the gauge pod on the pillar...this stuff never ends haha

#5 and #6 rings are shot so it burns oil, lots of oil. It also fouls those 2 spark plugs so I have to bead blast them once a week. Still runs awesome otherwise though. I'd drive it across the country tomorrow if I had a reason, I'd just stock up on oil and spark plugs first, lol.

Inspection sticker runs out in May, I'm not planning on renewing it which makes me sad. Hoping to see the odometer turn 350,000 miles by then though.

Engine ticks, sounds like its about to blow up. Probably just valves but I'm sure the timing belt hasn't been changed in a while so it may be a rocker.
Rear shocks blown thanks to previous owner putting on Apex lowering springs and keeping the stock shocks.
Odometer is broken (but really, whos isnt)
Rear left door does not unlock
Turning signal stalk doesn't go back to neutral position
    Left turning signal blinks fast.
Temp sensor on cluster doesn't work.
Long start and fuel pump screeches, thinking I'm going to need a new one.
Very rough idle when cold, so I'll be cleaning out the cold start valve/putting in new temp sensor.
Every electric motor but the back right is broken, I've got new ones going in.
Drivers door cannot unlock the car.

    And I think that's it.
