What to expect during 1st startup after 7 months of storage?

    FYI, you generally want to store it with an empty tank, not full. You now have a tank full of 7 month old potentially bad gas. But since it runs, it is probably fine.

    Proper procedure would be to get the tank as low as possible when you store it, add fuel stabilizer, then when you pick it up, bring 5 gallons of gas with you to dump in to dilute the old gas.

          ^ This. Not likely to have gone bad after 7 months either, especially with fuel stabilizer.
