I voted 5-10. I usually leave R3V opened on my task bar all day while at work and check on things when free time allows. I know that collectively I'm here more than an hour each day.

I guess I'm not quite at forum whore status yet :P

pfft... i'm on here all the fuckin time, along w/ DTM (new enbland & e30), BF.C, bmwboard, bmw-forums, e30tech, mwerks.... you name it i'm probably on there. all told i spend probably 20+ a week on each of those forums, but alot of the time overlaps since i'm on more than one at the same time usually... i just bounce around. for instance, right now i have 6 internet explorer windows open... 5 of them are forums... one was porn, but now it's a college website cuz i had to find out some info on transfering some credits last night before bed 8)
