Stupid things your girlfriends say about cars

Ok so I love my girlfriend to death but god damn she's stupid sometimes. She picked me up and was bringing me to my local shop and it was cold so I turned on her heat and she yelled at me and said and I quote "dont touch my heat!! I'm trying to save gas!!!" .....yea I'm a little ashamed and the worst part is she knows about cars a little to from being in the shop with me. I couldn't help but laugh lol

My girlfriend "why lock it or clean it, I hate my car"

Her car is so gross inside and is never locked, hoping it will get stolen even though she has min. state coverage on it.

Mine says, "Since you bought me gas for the first few weeks of my new job (no paycheck for a few weeks), I'll buy you Star Specs for the M3, e28, and normal tires for the e46."

I love a girl who knows shit about cars. She even helps in the garage and detailed the e46 Sunday.

        Slammin e28, one luck SOB.

You guys have some shitty girlfriends.

Mine has yet to say anything bad. She likes cars in general. Infact, she doesn't want anything else besides another E34 or E46 (which I am hoping to get real soon).

Mine does say stupid things about cars, because she knows she doesn't know anything.

But she went like 2000000000 miles without changing the oil. So when I finally looked at the dipstick, there was nothing on it.

So when I emptied the pan, honestly like a quart of pure black oil came out.

mine didnt know what the check engine light looked like, and drove home about 25 miles in a fairly new car after the oil pressure light came on. I swear, even with the idiot proof methods of checking fluids and other systems, there are still people who ignore them.

At least she knows the chassis number of my car, and points them out wherever we go, even if its sometimes just an old 5 series.

My gf was pretty stupid about cars when we first started dating (even tho 2 previous bfs were car guys), but she's learning. She always tells me when she sees an e30 lol.

However, I can't count the number of times I've caught her 2 quarts low, 20 psi in the tires, etc. And she has never once washed the car she's owned for like 4 years and put 80k on haha. And my favorite quote, "Why wash it? It's just a car."

When I started dating my girl she didn't know shit about cars, now she's come a long way.

When we find her a nice E30 or Prelude I'm teaching her all the basics and she's going to do the work herself.

I give her props though, she's helped me with jobs like completely detailing (removing 30-odd years of roadshit) the engine of my '77 280Z on a 120 degree summer day.

But then I asked her the, "if we're going 80mph, how long will it take to travel 80 miles?" and she failed. I just hope it was one of those things where you over think it and miss the obvious answer, I hope....

My girlfriend doesn't say stupid things. But she does say some funny things... like "What's that smell?" "Is it supposed to be making that noise?" "Is there enough air in my tires?" (The tire was flat.). She is actually pretty car knowledgable, more so than like half the people on r3v lulz and she drives an E34 M5. Best girlfriend ever!
