    this is silly! hahaha lmao!

Do the math... Good condition headlights @ 37.5 a pc. then 10 per harness. wheres the WOW!

When going rates go from 130-175 for them.

tell me about it. im parting out a car atm and deal with some dumb kids.

check it, was selling brembo blanks, ss lines, and akembo pads with under 400mi on them, brand new rear pads in box. all for 180 shipped.

some punk says he can get it all new for 230 shipped, so offers me 115 for everything i had...

if you can't afford it dont make a offer. i have no problem telling some tool to fuck off, FUCK CUSTOMER SERVICE

edit going rate for good ellips more like 160-200

          its an e30....
people who drive them are trying to get deals and save as much as they can to have a nice looking car.

          take this attitude to LamboSpeed
"derp dude offered me 1,000 for my totalled gallardo lights.. ha poorfag didnt know they go for 2,000 each light.. dumb broke people"

do some negotiating and tell him you'd be willing to split the difference and do like 100 bucks or something maybe... does that extra 25 bucks even matter?
I can run Auto Checks on VINs for tips/donations:
PM me VIN(s) and I'll get you ALL the public recorded info that I have available.

People have no barginig skills anymore.

A couple of years ago I was selling the enki wheels from my car. I had them for a reasonable price of $200 plus actual shipping including 10 mm spacers. I would get offers of $100 & $100 shipped. A good straight 16x7 wheel is worth $50 each. Why would I want to sell them for under $25 each if I included shipping?????

When I would politely decline the offer, I would get back insulting replies telling me they were garbage wheels and they did not want them anyway. If they were so bad, why were you interested in them???

Ha the most I ever offer someone parting out a car is the picknpull cost of the part. Im not sure what that would be for headlights but probably 20$ Maybe 40 for both sides in this case. ( for a 24 year old headlight assembly? get real)

And I feel like Im being too generous. Back before the internet car parts were 10$ max. Junkyard is the retail joint for parts, a car sitting on someones space is the dollar store.

There werent a lot of teenage part hustlers a very short time ago.

there is nothing wrong with bargining, but try starting with a reasonable offer first and you will most likely get it.

to offer half or less on your first try will get you nowhere.

yeah wasted about 45 mins with this idiot... Texting back and forth and I kept replying i'd rather use your $75 dollar offer and wipe my ass with that and then use the headlights as batting practice or shooting practice. What a cheap ass.

Its not a bargain if your offering 1/3-2/3 less that asking price. I dont care if the parts are 25 or 1 year old. if you want it new fork out the 400+ per light... If you want them used in good shape they were sold later that day to someone who wanted to pay a good deal.

Honestly, by the way you stated "I need these parts sold asap," youre definitely going to get low offers. Yeah 75 dollars was a pretty low offer on their part but it happens everyday.

Telling someone youd rather wipe your ass with their 75 dollars is a tad bit much. Its best to just say no or ignore their offers.

P.S. If you can afford to wipe your ass with that kind of money, why are you even selling things? Lol.

I don't even waste the time replying back to the retarded offers. It's that easy actually.

Got my ellipsoids for 50 bucks from a forum member, just saying. Most parts are priced due to their demand, even though it might not be "worth it" much.. I mean, 200 for some STOCK headlights is redic, esp like stamar said how you can get a pair of the same headlights for around 40 a pair at the junkyard.. just my .02

                            That being said... eff lowballers!!

euro smilies are 160$ brand new...

you realize, that is both sides right? so 80$ for these upgrades over yours apeice.

40$ would be way over paying for used us ellipsoids.

i have to get a spec on how many exist in junkyards.

But if they were worth 100$ and they are on all 89 and newer e30s..... I could make my living just pulling them out of the e30s ins pickn pulls.

Admittedly its one of the first things pulled out. But theyre not rare. Whats hard is finding someone whos a sucker enough to pay that much.
I honestly think e30 headlights are 15$ apeice at picknpull. ( edit it is actually 25# apeice)

and of course, you want that for each used headlight?

how about $20 for both pigtails brand new?

does that mean that 1 set of used pigtails is worth.......... 2$? 20 year old wiring? How about nothing?
