What's the fastest car you've driven?

Fastest car that I owned was a 914 3.2. Not fast by modern standards but a lot of fun. Fastest driven was a ACT Viper on the track. Pulled like a freight train regardless of rpm.

Fastest or which car made the biggest impression. I drove a friend's C6 Z06 around and did not enjoy it at all; I felt like the car just wanted to kill me.

Another time, I got to tool around the blue ridge parkway in a Porsche 997 turbo with an APR tune. I felt like a demi-god as I could pick a line through a corner and the car made it happen. She made it up to 150+ in very brief time.

Borrowed my cousin's AC Shelby Cobra replica with a 427 and 100 shot of nitrous for my wedding... and lived.

Fastest I've driven is 189mph in a modified e39 m5. That was stupid.

C6 Zo6, E46 M3, and a 997 turbo, all equally as fast IMO. Did 199mph in the 911

E46 M3 is far inferior. While a good car, it is not deserving of that pedestal.

Nissan GTR was technically the fastest but I wasn't impressed with it as a car. Porsche 911 Turbo was however impressive.

I had an 81 911sc with dual 3 barrel carbs. Only 200 bhp or so but it only weighed 2300 lbs. Not crazy fast but lots of fun.

67 mustang with a 351 windsor, J302 heads, B&M 177 roots style blower, and all the rest of the goodies. Blazing fast in a straight line, poop stain scary around any turns. Thats why i took it off the road. now its under restoration with plans for BMW power under the hood
