How about a graffiti E30. Similar to the chalkboard stuff, but a bit more permanent. You could have rival gangs tag the car at night to freshen it up and keep it real...hopefully they wouldn't steal it!

Take it down to bare metal and clear coat it, no rust, just raw metal under a ton of clear. Always wanted a car to do that too.
