Thats a damn shame man. But, it isn't the cars fault at all. I have 270,xxx miles and it's been a better car than i have ever had. Don't be mad at the car, be mad at yourself for kicking it down twice instead of once. Lame:tsk:

I think we should a "member E30 of the month" section on the main page as well as a "member r3v of the month" section.

Regardless, wouldn't the fact that the kick down switch no longer work actually be considered an issue of due maintenance. I mean.. when something stops working on my car I, at some point, take the time to fix it. If my kick down switch stopped working I would figure out why and fix it ASAP especially if the car was a daily driver.

1. ugly bronzit 4door
2. rear end is fuxored
3. car is being towed
4. front end is a mess
5. some goof-ball is in the driver seat

maybe all 5 of those reasons are becuase he crashed the car?
