In 1991, the 787B won it and I think it was 787B-002 (out of 3 cars)
That win is the reason why the wankel has been banned by FIA from the 24 hours of Le Mans...
The person who drove it across the finish line drove it for something along the lines of 5000km that race. It was a LOT of laps.

I made a personal assumption based on foggy memory. Honestly The one a year how many times did various Porsche 956/62 variants win 5, I think of the top of my head.
Jonny Hebert is like any other professional driver, he'll drive if your paying him. Great driver but still what's the significance of the clip?
