    85 built in 92?

hey guys, i have a question.
i recently bought a 85 325e, but in one of the papers i found in the car, it said that the car was first sold in 92.

so i looked at the stickers on the inside of the drivers door (where the tire pressure settings are) and it says the car was made in 92... is this normal?

perhaps it was repainted and the door jamb stickers were replaced. the only e30's that were made in 92 (for US consumption anyhow) were verts.

as far as the car being sold in 92.. maybe it was a dealer demo, or maybe that was just the first private sale?

Pictures would probably help us identify it a little bit.

Is it a rare bronzit M3 body with a Hartge M20 under the hood?

They meant of the car. Front and rear profile pictures.

A pic of the description/vin #tag on the door jam would help too, those round things mean something different. My car is an '88 but the lil round sticker has 93 punched out on it.

well saying plastic or DB doesn't always work because of how many times people swap things around. even the tails(little bit of body work), but has been done. what most people wont change is the arches

it is an early model e30. and the date first sold i guess was just the date it was first sold to someone else?
