i tried to contact Markert Motor Works, 328i junkie, no response

    Hi

i need to order wiring adapter, motormounts for my m52 swap, contacted them by email, on the forum, even on facebook, no response.

i'm looking for someone doing odb2 wiring adapters, ews delete, etc...

    thanks

Sadly, poor communication seems to be the m.o. for them. I ordered some stuff from him last year and while slow to ship and communicate, I did get the part I ordered and it was as described. Good luck!

My customer service experience with them was awesome. Email response within a few hours, easy to reach by phone, Dave even texted me shortly after I left the shop to make sure everything was kosher. YMMV.

yeah it definitely tough to get a hold of dave every now and then, especially when hes always under a car.

Sometimes you will get lucky and catch him when hes free, but lately when i get a problem i usually just go up there since hes 10 minutes from my house.

My best advice to you is to just try and keep emailing him and calling. you will catch him sooner or later.
If worse comes to worst, then message me within this week and i can relay your message to him.
I say within this week cause im relocating to Alabama on saturday.
I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

            Hey man,
Im about 4 days behind on emails as my new shop manager has stolen the computer along with customer communications (as im always under a car and suck at it frankly). And ive yet to pass the word along about it very well yet. Another customer just showed me this thread. Sorry about that. I just replied to your email.
My Shop manager: Rob@MarkertMotorWorks.com. Hes usually instantaneous about getting back to you.

Now on to the 13 PMs I have to reply to!
