Ok well I purchased an m30 afm, and Mustang 5.0 injectors, etc... So after I install this, am I going to have to re-program my Jim Conforti Chip for my 87 325is?

no. an engine management system designed to work with the larger injectors and AFM would give you more gains.. however, the gains with the AFM and injectors are pretty small anyway. your jc chip will work fine unless you have money for aftermarket engine management. -
