        I think I saw that car shopping for a bakery to buy, cept there were two of them, one with many racing parts. He should take an exacto to those z3 fender grills, really let that M power breathe!

                          Looks to me like someone wanted a Saleen Mustang built on an E30. I see lots of hints and cues of a fox body mustang with a body kit on it. Epic fail on all accounts.
