    worth 24k?

I was thinking more like 16k-18k

160k is alot of miles on a s14.

its at a dealer, they are gonna list it high, and probably take the first 20K that they are offered.

looks like a decent car though

I don't know...it's an award winning enthusiast owned BMW CCA members car and they know that. I wouldn't worry about the mileage if it's been well maintained and rod bearings replaced. Interior and engine bay are both immaculate for a high mileage car. I doubt they budge on the price too much if at all. They seem to know what they have. Is it worth 24K? looks like it certainly could be. Considering dealers have to make their money, the prices you guys are stating is probably around what they got it for though.

I'd rather buy one that had actually been driven and maintained than a low mileage car that had just been sitting.
