      I am here: http://tapatalk.com/map.php?uso5rv
Cause I like to drive and how often do any of us do anything like this with our fancy cars. We are not going off road or anything and if you want to camp that is all up to you. I am just putting things together. You are close you could make it.

It's obvious neither of you have driven in a National Park before.

I wanted to bump the threads as well as get some update everyone on the feedback I have gotten.
                1. Recommendation to drive through beartooth pass. This would a full day of driving there and back but looks like it is well worth it. http://www.beartoothhighway.com/roadMaps/index.html for more information about the drive.
                2. Spend only 1 day in Yellowstone hitting the major sites. I am working on a photo-opp at Old Faithful but this is a long shot. If we are able to pull, it off there may be a cost in order to secure event insurance, which fingers crossed, will allow us to have the shoot. If not we will find another park venue.
                3. Spend two days in the Grand Tetons as a group seeing the sights.

That is the current update on planning. Dates are still being figured out as we are trying to be in and out of all the areas before the crowds. Mid / Late June still looks to be the target date as this will avoid the major crowds.

I will post again once I have some more updates.

This sounds really cool! My wife & I drove from Kansas City out to Guten Fest last year, then spent a week going to Niagara Falls, New York City, Mt. Washington, etc. We had a blast, and this might be a great second annual trip for us! It does depend a bit on the Racing schedule, though, as I do Chump Car stuff & am trying to get a SE30 car done...

Thank you for working to put this together!!!

I have just been there this summer. If you are coming in from the East entrance, make sure you take 14W from I-90 into Cody. This is a mountainous road with many twists and turns. BTW, Mammoth Hot Springs is not that good so don't make a trip there. Make sure you go down to Grand Teton...impressive place.

Just wanted to bump the thread and let everyone know I should have the full details for this event in the next few weeks. I have been getting feedback from people as well as trying to find the right balance for people that have been to this area before and people who have not.

                      Stay tuned

Depends on what and where I guess.

If you google my screen name you will see 6 years of drive planning. That is also why I am trying to create a drivers database as in the link. I am lucky the wife likes this stuff as well.
