Just a update to remember to reserve your room if you are thinking of going. You can always cancel 72 hours before check in. So if you plan on going make sure to at least hold your room. Details on room rates were mailed to those that signed up on the Google doc.

Any plans to do this next year too? My wife just started a new job and they arent giving her any vacation time yet.

The idea is possibly a BI annual event. Move it to different parts of the country as going to the same place is not as exciting as some place new.

For kicks I took the time to map out all the people that requested info. This is the caravan routes according to Google for the fastest route there based on ZIPs provided.

If everyone that requested info is able to attend, that will make for a truly continental event. Alaska is winning for furthest traveled as you can see.

I had to pick a time that worked for me to organize it. I can't plan for every state/region and so on. Sorry you can't make it but that is the dates that worked. As they say if you truly want something you will find a way.

My goal is to make some sort of BI-Annual continental meet where we move where we meet.
