i was speaking out of anger last night, woke up this morning with a clear head. gonna check with the front office and see if i can get the guy's info and approach him. if not, i'll drop a letter on the car.

if he doesn't admit it, oh well, i can only hope what comes around goes around. the car is getting some serious bodywork done in the future anyways. thanks for the help guys, i'll keep you posted.
