Early rear arches on a vert

Cut and weld? Or do all verts have lower rear arches for a reason? I'm picking up a 325i drop top soon and if there isn't a huge obstruction I'm going for it.
    Jah bless! :pimp:

From what I have heard they have lower arches because of the convertible top storage area.

Yea I wouldn't switch then out. More trouble. Lower rear arches are fine anyway. Just lower the beast.

Well shoot I like the lines of the hardtop... I wonder how far into the folding top storage I'd have to cut.

why? it's a myth that you can't fit wide tires on a late car anyway. also who likes rear fender gap?

Get a hardtop then. Don't destroy our verts.
