    Im 200+ miles away but if you can make it here I have tools and a garage we can use. I also fb messaged a few e30 owners in Iowa that are a little closer, idk if they are available to help or not but its worth a shot.

      If the timing belt tensioner was properly locked down I'm quite sure you can replace the water pump by itself and get mobile. If you still want to do the TB and tensioner you certainly have offers of hospitality.
