I love the fact that my 88 with HID's installed, is just as enjoyable to drive at night as my 06 GLI was. I thought someone had swapped in the projectors.

Most common are the IX 88s having diving boards I believe. Don't know why buy all 88 ixs I've seen had dbs.

Any '88 model year car had diving board bumpers from the factory, not just the iX.
