DIRTY30 plate headaches

That sucks, I have received two parking tickets from someone using my plate. I finally paid teh $17 dollars and got new plates. You obviously have some personal plates so that isn't an option.

I don't know how things work in Jersey but in California when you get a "camera" ticket you don't have to pay it. They have no legal recourse, they would literally have to send someone to your house and serve you your ticket. When you get pulled over for a violation and when you sign that ticket you aren't admitting guilt, you are just acknowledging you were in fact issued a ticket and you will take care of it. There was no officer there to issue you a ticket, anyone could have been driving your car, camera could be not calibrated etc.

Im going out on a limb and saying it is not a state with a bar on top...it looks like that because of the shadow...but if you look at the stickers on both sides, it is a consistant shadow accross the back...not just the plate, thus leading me to believe it is a New Jersey Plate...theres a guy in NJ thats on the e30 tech forums with a signature that says dirty30?? may be worth checkin out

Want a big tip? Invert the colors on your pictures - it's a lot clearer... will likely help you out.

edit - it still doesnt show the state, but it makes it drastically clear that the plates are different.

That sucks..but what's that say about guys with DIRTY30 plates as BOTH of you ran the toll....
