      Its craigslist... people make shit up all the time. That is a good price for a late model e30, you see POS 325e go up for 3k sometimes...

        that car without the dent and a 5 speed is pretty easily a 3k car assuming that it runs well and the suspension is reasonably tight. what sucks about that quarter panel crease is that it is in a place where it would be difficult to pound out. if you look around, you should still be able to find a car in that shape for that price without the dent.
