    Q's for auto top convertibles

    Anyone have the time to shoot a few photos of the rod that connects the tonneau cover to the motor that rotates with the attached lines in the middle. Looks like this

    But i need a side profile please, mine bent.

            this is why I'm happy I have a manual top its just easier and I can put the top up and down faster than it takes to the auto top motor to just go down.

              I'll take a picture once I get home, but I think its supposed to be bent like that, if I remember correctly mine's bent too, realoem has a clear diagram of it.

                  iirc, it is suppose to be bent. Auto tops are great! Nothing has to be fast in a cabrio. When the top goes up/down with a touch of a button, it's an act of marvel.

                        P.s you guys won't realized how awesome the auto top is until you have a working one.

                            Damn you guys need to clean that shit out. There definitely suppose to be bent tho. I actually have another one that's brand new.

                              mine was bent into a C shape the opposite way so now I'm trying to bend it back but it's not working very well. Might just order a new one since i've spent 3 hours trying to get it to work. And yes auto top rules, I have both manual and auto, would rather have auto fosho.
