I've got one that came off my 93 E30 Cabrio but it's slightly bent. These curved rods are sacrificial parts that are designed to bend so if the top and inner straps aren't aligned the rod will bend and stop the action. A little Fred Flintstone. PM me your address and I'll send the part. You can just cover the postage. I'm in Paradise, CA just above Chico. I'll have to go through my parts boxes to find the dang thing.
