    some nice parts on it, hard to get a really good bearing on the actual condition of the car from your pics/description.

    rear valence looks all punched in above the exhaust, driver's fender looks like it doesn't line up right, body looks a little tired overall in your pics.

    the estimates around $4000-$4500 seem about right given the parts on it though.

      If you want to maximize a sale and make a sale more quickly, you should address every issue you can. Even minor things add up to an overall downgrade of condition in a buyer's mind. So while a ripped headliner isn't a killer, it raises the question of why you didn't fix it. Any trim that isn't perfect; it may only be a $45 part, but it is worth it to you to spend the time fixing it. Same with minor rust spots, address them before the become holes. Sand them down, treat and then cover with color matched spray paint and then clear. (on lower panels, where rust usually is). I think those sort of things can be worth $1k and a faster sale!
