what look to go for with red

i have a red car, what look do i go for. i thought about shadowlining the trim, but then i thought black might look bad. also, should i go for colored wheels, or stay neutral wiht metal colors like silver? im also wanting to modify the body from stock, since i have only an i. is there some kind of lip i can put on my existing dam, or do i need something else? if i did that, could i leave it black, or make it red. im at a loss, i dont know where to go.

There is my red one...I'm trying to go to the all red/black look. I'm happy with it so far, but I just need to do suspension and rims/tires this summer.

      -Tint
      -Shadowline
      -IS Front Lip

            NO! That's my plan 8) .

All red/black...... but with silver Euro baskets, just be sure to get different wheels. My car will look something like 318daily's ride.

Neil's car is what influenced what i want to do with mine the most...I loved when he had the BBS RK's on it. He had 17's, where i think i'd like to find me a set of 16". Real real hard to find, but we'll see what happens over summer.

I bought my car from a FHP, who told me red cars are the ones that catch their attention the most :) Good luck with that.

And trust me LikeCDoos, today I got my wheels in. No one has seen pictures because I dont bother having to read the 1 or 2 deadbeat replies to a stock car..... but we will all get there eventually.

my ideal new e30 would be a red 318is (factory shadowline) with e36 M3 Replicas, IE Stage 3 springs and a tint job.

why would black trim look bad? I think it's much cleaner than chrome.

black/whatever color seems to look good on all E30s. I would love to have a body colored is lip but I don't think the paint would last more than 6 months, it hasn't even been a year and I need to repaint mine black because it's pitted.

also, I think those M3 replica wheels are nasty looking. (just IMHO)

You mean a red e30 with E36 M3 replicas like this! Fuddys:

Tint isn't a great idea on E30s. 35% is alright, but clear is good. I have a friend with 20% on his red 91, looks like ass.
