That should put you $700-$1000 in, and if your keeping long term, it'll be by far the best $1000 you've spent.
    Close, but you forgot:

    Cam shaft seal
Valve cover gaskets, bungs & valve adjustment
    Radiator
    Expansion Tank & Cap
    All cooling system hoses
    Fan clutch
    O2 sensor
Intake boot, and other intake hoses
    Fuel & Intake filters
    Alternator voltage regulator/brush assembly
    After that, suspension!!

    Springs
    Shocks
    Shock mounts
    Control arm/bushings
    Trailing arm bushings
    Subframe bushings
    Tie rods
    Steering rack
    Again close, but you forgot:

    Motor, transmission & differential mounts
    Wheel bearings
    Half shaft boots
    Break caliper rebuilds
    New Brake soft lines
    Clutch & main seal
    Transmission seals
    Shifter bushings

I'd make sure the timing belt had been recently change or just do it again just to make sure.

    That's not all the maintenance.

TB and WP done as well. What other maintenance should I do?

Do all your normal "maintenance" items first and foremost, that would be my advice.

    Help me modify my car!

    Hello r3v,

I'm new to the e30 community, and should be picking up my e30 any day now. I want to modify it with the end goal being a 300 whp+ turbo car.

I'm currently in college and don't want to get that deep into the car so I'm going to start with some basics to "revive" the car. I'm going to attach a spread sheet, and would love if you guys could look at it and tell me if I can get the parts I want to buy cheaper somewhere else, or if there are better options available. Please check out the MISC column, I have questions there that I would like answered!

Thank you for the help, and I can't wait to make my baby a solid sexy beast!

Let me know if that link works and is convenient. It seems there was a problem uploading the excel file and it doesn't look as perfect as it did on my computer and the hyperlinks don't work so I will add those externally.

    *Edit*

In the UUC short shifter row under MISC column the description should read "DSSR Necessary?"

Also when it comes to bushings, what is the difference between normal and offset versions?
