No.... price depends on what you pay for something.....

I just watched 20 people buy xbo 360's for 360 bux.... why pay 1000?

I got some ideas. Its on 14's now. Figure some 16x9's and all white should be HOT.

what do you mean? that is supply and demand. when they first come out, there is a low supply and high demand, so they sell for much more than what they are worth

same is happening with ford gt's, new m5's, basically all desirable items

Thats what i would do, drive it and have fun.

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

why do that, when i have a crashed Mtech II wagon in my back yard full of great parts!!!!!!and its only about 35 min from you!
the euro 2.7s were different compressions for different years, but they are almost all the same as the U.S. motors. you have to look for a ETA with the head with all of the cam bearings---then your in business!

You never asked me. I've just shipped my 323i from Italy and it got to Baltimore yesterday for federalization. Went through JK Technologies. All depends on where you are shipping the car. Missouri would have been closer, but all of the RIs there dealt with trucks

Mil carrier as in Military carrier? The cost is for the federalization? I'm still in the grey on this whole concept. Cheapest shipping I've found thus far has been 1500.

The older the car the less it needs to be federalized. Anything over 21 years is exempt from EPA regulations so the only thing I have to worry about it DOT. All of the work is done by the importing company. Getting a carrier to ship it would probably be the hardest part for US guys.

Highly recommend J K Technologies as th RI, seeing as they were one of the only companies to give a price quote up front and kind of hinted to let you swap various things (cluster, US spec lights etc) before the car was shipped to them to cut down on cost. They can only change what needs to be right?

                              Tons of information here www.bmwworld.com/bmw/importing.htm

the law in the U.S. is 25 years or older, not 21? the cost for anything 24 years or newer is ~$7300-7800
