The e30 was of course a blatant rip off of the accord styling.

        just a generic sedan.

bringing the sport sedan mainstream. It was the end of looking unique they came out with something that looked like every other car.

        mass production

what looks so strange about the e30 is how out of date it was by the time it was discontinued.

It looks like a 1983 accord in 1990, whereas the accord looks rounded and modern.

the e30 had a long run. Nothing orignal or cutting edge about its look

Always thought the cavaliers looked like the e30 too.

Not really buying the accord though.

All cars of the same period look the same. E30's just stand out so much now. Back then they were just another car.

agree. to the right person $5k would probably be a good price.

to me, i'd pick it up for i saw it for $2k and had $2k laying around.

Looks nothing like an E30, just a generic 80s compact coupe. I bet OP is 16 years old.

This, but I don't think too many people noticed judging by their comments. I haven't seen too many l67 swaps with a manual transmission, sweeeet.

                  Really really liking that car.

Probably not. They just seen a bowtie and fwd and judged it that way.
