To Beautify a Bavaria - Shea's 1972 BMW Bavaria *Video*

This is my friend Shea's 1972 BMW Bavaria which recently received a temporary "makeover" in preparation for air suspension. He plans on running Airlift universal struts with AccuAir management. In the mean time, he couldn't handle the look of stock suspension and steelies, so we got to work. Wheel fitment will be better dialed once it's on air.

Filmed over the course of two days, I present "To Beautify a Bavaria". All filming and editing was done by me. Watch in 1080p for best quality!

a few things I like about this:

        1) awesome touch with the pop can tops for the wheel centers
        2) this 1080p thing with the video REALLY cleans things up the video nicely! I never knew about changing the quality of stuff using it
        3) those wheels really clean that old car up nicely :)
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

While I'm not one for cut springs...that is one pretty car. And those wheels are killer...

          Great video, too!

Edit: Just saw he's planning on going with air suspension. Can't wait to see that! Keep us updated!

Where is the part when the struts bottom out metal to metal while driving?

              Nice video.

maybe not the best way to achieve it, but who cares

Keep in mind this is a very temporary situation, the car will get all new suspension soon. it honestly rides surprisingly well. Hasn't bottomed out once and the ride quality is actually really smooth. He's driven a few hundred miles already with no problems. And yes I'm aware that this isn't stanceworks, I don't really see why I shouldn't post this here

Because 10 Toes is so insecure he has to be internet tough guy.

Car came out nice, pretty much perfect ride height and it looks like he only cut a coil or two off?

The car looks pretty nice. The wheels look great on that car and I do have to say the can tops in the center are awesome. Can't wait to see it with the new suspension.
