Sorry to bump into this thread - but what should I look at when inspecting a 1991 318ic?

The only things I can think to check on a vert' is: leaky top, weather stripping, etc. Also pull back the carpet to check the floors from any previous leaks ;)

Scott ya know we ALL love calyso ;). BUT if ya gonna change the color do it right and start w/ bare shell, NOTHING looks more half assed then a engine compartment, trunk, etc thats a different color

My Dad is colorblind and always manages to get the worst possible color cars available. My personal "favorite" was a 1976 Mercury Montego (Thundrbird chassis) MX Brougham that was parrot shit lime green with matching velour interior He choose it from a new car lot full of cars with normal colors.
