    thinking about buying this car on iaai 91 318is

    thinking about buying this car on iaai whats the max i should pay keep in mind shipping to WA is $500
    cuz my ix gets like 15 mpg

      Let me get this straight...

      You're going to buy a non running salvage title 318is because your ix is not running right?

      You need to rethink your train of thought.

              yes and no my ix eats too much gas and im looking for a 4cy e30 but yea this one looks like to much money and work

                From those pictures it looks like it would clean up pretty well. $500-$750 isn't far fetched for a clean shell.

                  other than having to replace every piece of wiring and module in the car, the interior and the motor, it would make a clean car. if it's a flood car stay away.

                  I know guys at the dealership were told not to touch anything that looked like it could be a katrina car b/c of all the health risks of working on them
