Yea that cover isn't very high. Your most likely not getting a settlement. Maybe a tad because its unmarked but your car definitely looks lower then 1.5" drop. I have 1.5" and my wheels ate not inside my fenders like that.

Ok, ok its a 2 inch drop haha 1.5 is whats put down in the report though, the pic is a bit deceiving as to how tall the cover is, I centered it and did not ride up any of the tar that was built up around it, and on its own I think I would have cleared it, it was the big dip right before it and my car didnt have time to recover. Luckily I bought a parts car to make some money off of and its got a good pan and pump.

I have my own personal tow truck driver I call to tow all my lowered vehicles. He does a damn good job at not messing anything up. But that sucks! Atleast it didn't get the wheels too

Plenty of people bust there oil pan, i've never seen anyone rip the oil pump out and bend the subframe as well.

You need a skid plate, it might not of saved it from that hard of hit but will for smaller hits.
