LOL yea I was going 15 to 20 max I am sure of it, not flying at all it was the dip that got me.... dat noise it made might have been the worst sound ever.
Ive been in situations where I had to drive over man holes that were painted and cleared them no prob, maybe an exhaust scrape here or there, and I drive down a dirt road in the summer to my family cottage weekly with out too much trouble if im the only one in the car, this I feel was not my fault, it was a setup I tell you

I would mark the manhole and/or build up concrete around it. Then bill the city.

You can only guess by the pictures since the guy isn't real honest about
          the situation.

man i feel your pain. first, you got played by the tow company/cop. i would have told them do not touch my car unless your taking it where i want. you have that right to tell them call another tow company. e30's should always be flatebed. its all about the money. 2nd you are not.....let me take that back, i will be surprised if the state pays that bill. PA has a law that state they can not be sued or pay for any claims. let me share my $500 pain.

unhappy with this skid plate. i know which one i am getting next. which is on the 1st page.

Wow that's definitely the worst pan break I've seen on r3v, sucks. I'm lucky I've never even scraped mine, but there's no way you're only 2" down. Thing looks slammed.

Massa-two-shits road liability in a construction phases allows them to have NO LIABILITY against them. Have your lawyer draw up as much paperwork as he wants it's not gonna help you.

BTDT, I just avoid roads that are torn up in this forsaken state during the evening. Or take my Tahoe.

I'm sorry it's like beating a dead horse to pull the carriage.

^^Haha thanks i was worried for a minute, and thanks, as most on here its a work in progress, new fenders and hood on the way, little bit of bodywork and some fresh paint come spring time, gotta get my side skirts on and prob a chip, injectors and a M.A.F. in the near future, after I fix the current new damage of course, and a skid plate is top on the list, the heavy duty one is sick, love how it ties the front into the frame.
