What a fucking joke, I knew he was bad but sweet Jesus that is plain atrocious. Most of those were horrible rookie blunders.

Here's a couple DTM clips, but they're hard to find without dumb music...

Awesome! Maybe I'll post a thread seeing if anyone else is interested in going. It's a really cool event.

We did a Le Mans-style start there last year which went surprisingly well:

Here's a cool little heel-toe clip of Senna driving the then-new NSX he helped design and test:

Hey, he's not paying for the synchros. :p

Side note: those driving shoes look comfy.

I was more impressed with his line around the "spoon curve" hairpin (1:54) of Suzuka than his hee-toeing. I could never figure that corner out in any sim/game/whatever I played.

Guy is truly a god though, he just glides around the track in that thing.

I dug up some old autox videos
me vs. friend in his Evo (he's top left with cool guy helmet and watch)

Screwing around in another friend's SR20 S13... yeah I spun at the wallom, whatever :p

I gotta say, those autocrosses look fun. I've never really considered it before. Too much money, Mike...too much money....

Too much money? Bah. Usually they're pretty cheap (~$50), not very hard on the car, and you can push as hard as you want with very light consequences if you screw up. Plus you find friends who don't mind letting you drive their 400whp Hoosier-shod Evos. :p

Will any local AC's let you play with a vert?

As long as your battery is secure and the car is in decent shape you should be fine. I've been autocrossing for a year or so now and I don't even have my own helmet yet (they have loaners).
