That hill climb was probably the coolest video ive seen in awhile... Also who ever posted that RUF yellowbird on the nurburgring, I love that video my jaw dropped the first time I saw it. Thanks guys for all the post! Keep the proper driving clips coming!#TreadlifemattersComment

@ ohthejosh, not cool IMO. We work on and race those types of cars at our shop (late '50s-late '60s road racers), and a lot of the best drivers from that era died very early as a result of those conditions. I know it was a reality at the time, but there is so much greatness we could focus on instead of the gratuitous collections of crashes.
@Julien I still think his 1989 Suzuka qualifying (http://vimeo.com/10427952) is one of his most impressive clips....aside from these, of course:
and the best lap ever recorded:
If you mean the BMW, it's a custom AWD setup using an IMSA-spec race motor with an F1 turbo. (Or a 2.5l EVO II s14 with an F1 turbo, if you think that's possible.) 700+hp.Last edited by ELVA164; 11-07-2012, 02:11 PM.Interested in vintage cars? Ever thought about racing one? I also REALLY wish there was more than this one clip of the great Jimmy Clark onboard...he is easily my favorite driver.
