    The car is actually Zinnoberrot, I was wrong on the color, I was thinking of a friend's car.

    If it's only a single stage paint, then I'll go single stage with it, and just try to find the best paint possible for the job.

    And TJ, yes, I did gather as much :) I'll be doing all the sanding, fixing imperfections, etc. in the garage before the car goes to the painters. This will likely not happen for a few months though, just figured I'd gather some information on the subject.

      I think dupont's reds are supposed to last a lot longer than other companys reds such as PPG but dupont costs almost twice as much.
