Good eye I missed that I just read the questions he claims a new top is 3500.00 OMFG! You can get a top of the line top from any of the major aftermarket companies for well under 1k.
Q: hi, i don't know how you come up with the price of $14900, N.A.D.A. book shows this car at a HIGH retail value , high retail is top condition with low miles, of $8675.00. why are you selling so high ? are you a profiteer ? if so good luck ! chris, PS i would be interested but not at your price.

A: No, I'm not a profiteer. If you buy someone else's 1992 325ic at $8,675 you will then need to add a new top - $3,500+, major service including belts - $2,800+, new tires - $600+, etc. Oh and even then, the electric top most likely would not work. On the other hand, my 325ic has a new German top and the electric motor works flawlessly, has had a recent major service with belts (the brakes were also done last month to the tune of $880), and my car has a brand new set of high dollar Michelin tires. Soooo, you can buy somebody else's car on price (which will just be the kicking off point), or purchase my pristine condition car that is turn-key ready to enjoy. By the way, the car never leaves a drop of anything on the garage floor! If you are sincerely interested, give me a call and we'll find a price that works for both of us. 858/775-3932
Doesn't KBB factor in everything being in proper working condition when they set the prices? This guys is dreaming if he thinks he can get $14K for that car. He should take the $10K someone bid and go home knowing he sold the car for way more than it is worth.
This guys out of his fucking tree. "Buy it now for 14K"?. How about "Go fuck yourself, thank you. I'd like my asshole to stay nice and tight". 10K is like 4K more than I can expect any sensible person to pay for a stock, CABRIO, E30. I mean, shit. Relative low miles and all.
I say you throw your cab on ebay and see if you can get 10k. If not, email the high bidder and tell him you will sell for 10k if the seller wont let it go for that..
If they are worth 8-10K then come pick some up from WA and ship em to Cali to sell. I have seen plenty of cabs around here for sale with low miles and they are under 6.
Front seats are nice, but that engine bay looks like ass. And how the hell does some one spend 800 dollars on brakes for an e30? Unless he did some sorta insane BBK, rotors calipers pads and lines + shop time still wont add up to 800.
I was offered 7500.00 in February in L.A. I was not interested in selling. I don't think you or maybe the sellers in your area realise there are fewer and fewer excellent truly low mile examples of these cars left.
I am not interested in importing cabs to CA. from WA. I'll leave that to you. I would not sell my car for less than 8500.00 and it could use a new top.
If I put a top on it with the mods it has in the condition it is in with 54k it currently has I would not budge below 9k. That said my car is not for sale so it is a moot point.
