    do you do upholstery and need paint?

    Hey guys,
    i am located in Sunnyvale Ca ( SF bay area)
    i am trying to finish up my m3 but am having a hard time comming up with the funds to re-do my seats.

    i do full paint and body if anyone is interested in a trade

        how bad are the seats. do you need like all new upholstery or restore

          probably need them restored, they are in terrible shape

            well if they are not ripped I'm pretty sure they are restorable. Td325ic (todd) is a master with upholstery restore and he's in sunnyvale too. I've seen him make cracked cardboard leather look and feel like new.

              sorry i guess by restored i thought you ment like ground up. the seats are torn and some of the mechs dont work properly. they need to be completely re-done

                have you seen the seats, completely redone on ebay? $500-600. not leather, but very high quality vinyl imitation leather. it looks great.

                            That's generous of you man.
                            But too many liabilities and "what-ifs" for me to let my car go even if it's on trailer. I'd much rather take a mini-vacation up there.

                            Maybe I will soon with friends, who knows!
