I have thought about a 1 series but other the increase in power it still doesn't compare to the e30

Yrah they were considered Yuppie cars then, didn't have the fun and enthusiast following they have now. To most they were an expensive small car.

I had just sold my 72 340 Cuda and bought a 73 Capri ex's works car. 80's were kinda fun. Cheap gas came back and hp numbers and exotics were coming out all the time.

I just want to enjoy the car and maybe dance with some beezis. :D

They are not all garage queens, I drive mine in the nice weather and yes they go out in rain. I hate seeing that statement, never seen rain. Yeah right sure it hasn't.

Interesting. I wouldn't take a penny less than $8k for mine, although that's because it's not for sale and won't be anytime soon. For those of us who own examples that aren't clapped-out ricer wannabes, anything to help drive up the prices is a good thing.
