Thanks for that information, you clearly lack any imagination for a good comeback. Your jokes are something I would hear a teenager say.

    @*noob response*
Your response to me calling you a noob is calling me a noob? This is not 3rd grade Schnook. I have a build thread for my BMW below in my Signature(built not bought). I would love to see your personally built track car. You have below 10 posts, you really are a noob on this forum and working on cars.

You don't belong here and you cannot even defend yourself let alone Jbird.
She is better at defending herself, I bet she could curb stomp you.

Tint, my plate fell off in the parking lot. My only speeding ticket was when I was 17, I was doing better than 120 in a 55. The super nice Policeman gave me an 85 in a 55, still cost me 600.00 and 6 points on my licence.

I look at is like a lesson for life. That was my last and only speeding ticket so far. I rarely bust 80 let alone 100(given that one day I finished my build and drove it the first time).

    That is my mature response.
Thank you F34r!!! This is what I was looking for. And I'm sorry to spoil your trolling fun. I didn't understand that that's what you were intending to do. You sounded more serious. I will try to be less serious. :)

Yes, I was just reading through the rest of the whole thread and it's this last page where it all went to shit. It's too bad, there was some good input in the first 3 pages.

Looks like it all started with the below quote from me:

And then F34r replying to that quote with this:

Who gives a fuck if you were caught by a Cop that outsmarted you.

We drive e30s here and most of us are adult enough to drive sensible. Save it for the track if you want to do better than 10 over. I know I will get a raging PMS reply but whatever. You were speeding, Cops can sit where they want anytime. Even in the middle of the road to slow traffic down for a crash ahead. They are the law.

If anything your posts reveal you are just as sophomoric as the stupid teenagers on this forum, except they aren't hypocrites.

PS I love you, stupid teenagers of r3v. You make the r3v world turn.

20 over on an empty country road only puts two people in any danger in the event there would ever be a problem. I don't see anything wrong with that.
    Oh blessed day!

Normally, I would not say something like that, but I had to lower myself down to F34r's level after the 2nd attack by him.

This is not the kind of thread I was hoping for. Yes, I agree Cripple. Goodbye.

Hench the discussion about getting local governments to change the classification of citations based on the conditions. Is that not the adult thing to do?

I think you've lived in NY too long around too many corrupt cops. Get your Judge Dredd thoughts out of your mind. Cops only enforce the law. The point is to change the laws they enforce.
    ...you are a fucking idiot.

I believe that this is why most people don't like the new BMW's, because they cannot afford them.

F34r, I am not going to lower myself down to your level and give you what you were looking for. I feel as though I am above all of those immature joking and attacking remarks on fellow R3V members. Unlike you, I can respect other people's opinions and feelings, especially when they are communicated in a mature and intelligent manner. And unlike you, I am not trying to get a rise out of people.
    ...you both deserve each other.

It doesn't matter that the road conditions were safe in your eyes to support that speed. They easily were. When you obtained your driver's license, you acquiesced to follow the rules and regulations of the road--not to pick and choose what laws you found just.

Now that you got pulled over, you think this cop laying on the opposite side of the road is some dirty rotten scoundrel that was some type of covert operative who was discriminating against your civil rights, asking where your papers are, where you were, and where you were heading. However, this is standard operating procedure.
I agree with you that I exceeded the speed limit and that I should pay the fine. And I agree with you that I agreed to follow the rules of the road when I got my license. However, I don't agree with your last paragraph here, that "the cop is some dirty rotten scoundrel". I don't believe the cop was doing anything wrong, I was simply asking in the beginning of this thread if it's legal or not for cops or anyone to park on the shoulder of the highway facing the opposite direction with no lights on. I also believe that it is in the cops best interest for their own safety to ask all of those questions to me. When cops ask questions like that, they can "read" you and get a feel for you.

Austin repeating the same exact thing, boilerplate, was just icing on the cake. You want change? Take it up with your local government, not an online forum of foulmouthed teenagers. Gather signatures on a petition. DO something. You will likely gain zero traction because there are greater injustices in this world than a cop asking you questions exactly as he was trained to do, after already pulling you over for speeding.
I am very thankful for the people, such as yourself, Earendil, ak-, and slammin who have posted mature, intelligent responses and of which I have not ignored. It's just the people like F34r, travish325, and 10Toes who are distracting and who like to go off topic in their own interest of attacking and getting a rise out of people.

I am not necessarily looking for a change. Like I have said before, I am simply looking for a discussion about traffic laws, enforcement, and fines, why they are there, how they got there, and what people think they mean.
But, I am beginning to that it is not worth trying anymore.
