      At least I'm not the only seller under fire on this board.

      Do any of you realize there are other things that can come up that are more important than e30 parts?

      Family issues, work issues, any combination of the two? Don't any of you ever run into things like that? Sellers are people just like you, and sometimes things come up. It's not fair to hold them to some higher standard because they sell things.

          Scott knows how to take care of issues. He will take care of this I would bet the farm on it. Maybe if those not involved (like me) would butt out the people involved could take care if their business.

            You never give up, do you Rob. This has nothing to do with being a boy or a man, or bitching about anything. It's about respecting people you do business with, and not taking 3 pages of posts to slander someone when a PM and some god damn patience would do the trick.

            You took forever to mail me some turn signals that I NEEDED asap - did I say one negative word about it? No - you sent me an email saying you had a delay and would get them out as soon as possible.

            Don't try and tell me about being a man.

              if you respected the people you do business with, you could make sure you can handle all you take on. people put trust into you and you failed them, so how are you not going to expect them to be upset or hurt?

                DAVE WAS FULLY, COMPLETELY, AND TOTALLY aware that I did not have the title, and even though I advised to wait for it before swapping cars, HE was the one that said to go forth with it. I have continually reminded him that the title is SOMEWHERE, and when I contact the PO, it will be a matter of mailing it to him.

                I did not, in any way shape or form, let anyone down. I never gave any form of a time frame or deadline, for this VERY REASON.

                Heeter - this is NOT your place to argue, and this does NOT concern you. I have asked you privately and I've asked you politely- stay out of it.

                            the worst part is I requested my money back yesterday because I have been more then patient, and still have not heard back from him. Talk about zero customer service. I've got about 6 emails since I originally sent the money, with nothing but broken promises. Good chip or not this is complete BS!! At least get someone responsible as your designated US shipper, or take control yourself and send the f-ing thing from Canada!

                            And yes, I am pissed off and you would be too...

                                I can understand he is busy, but not 49 days busy! I have been in contact with him many times via email. From before he went on his trip, and a couple of times since he has been back. I even emailed his shipping partner in the US, but much to my surprise I didn't receive a response. I keep getting excuses like "my shipping partner was on vacation this week" etc. etc. Again, I was really looking forward to trying out this chip, but these are bad business practices...
