I can understand he is busy, but not 49 days busy! I have been in contact with him many times via email. From before he went on his trip, and a couple of times since he has been back. I even emailed his shipping partner in the US, but much to my surprise I didn't receive a response. I keep getting excuses like "my shipping partner was on vacation this week" etc. etc. Again, I was really looking forward to trying out this chip, but these are bad business practices...

Paul, you know that I was away for almost all of December don't you?

I also explained the delay.
I know you've had the chip for over a 6 weeks now so this is all in the past.

But I'm posting here now (March 20) so everyone knows what an ASS you are.

Paul originally bought a chip back around November during a group by, and then emailed about a month later asking if he could upgrade it. I said sure, send me $25 and I'll send you the 93 octane one, and send back the old chip when you get the new one. (saves opening up the DME twice)

I had a lot to do before I left on my vacation in early in December, and his chip didn't get sent out before I left.

So what does Paul do after he gets the new chip? He doesn't send the original back, he posts it for sale on bimmerforums!

You make it seem like you paid full price for another chip when in fact you sent me $25, then you complain about it as if I've got $200. I hope you are happy with your almost free chip (175 + 25) minus the $150 you sold the original for. Someday you will get paid back as I doubt this is the first time you've blatantly ripped someone off.

EDIT: I may add, I have no products from Mark D, but I know how much of an awesome guy and seller he is. I haven't even been a customer, yet he has taken plenty of time on more than one occasion to discuss custom "tunes" with me. If custom 'remote' tuning weren't such a pain, I definitely be rocking D'Sylva software.
