My Head Assambled with Turbo(M20 2.5L Turbo)--->Pics!

Just to show the head wich I replaced the seals, 5 Rocker arms(intake) and full cleaned...also paited the intake in black...all after blew my head gasket...












Finally, I didn't make port/polish and 3 or 5 angle valave job.

so you didn't do the headwork? thats cool, you really don't need it with forced induction...

I didn't see any cracked mark in the head, I put rule there and it was stright...never got overheated!

Oh! BTW....Now are fitted my new (used Cherokee) 21Lb/H injectors to feed it's needs! :D

I think you'll be needing some low-compression pistons, so you don't toast your head gasket (or worse) again. The head and turbo look sweet though.

8.8:1 is low compression.

I'm not sure how much I was getting with my T3 in 6 PSI...probably 180-190 RWHP , dunno.

Once my bimmer is ready I will dyno it for sure and then post the results here.

THe manifold is a custom made by a guy who works in my shop, I just gave him the idea and he welded the pipes. :D Since I'm not a "WelderMan"

Yes, those are the stock cast manifold that comes in all the M20s, I just made the adapter turbo header...

For sure I will make vid when I dyno it and I will make some other vids in the street for yall!

Now I'm looking to upgrade my IC, I was thinking in this one, not sure yet If is what I'm looking for, need more specs and info.
