Help a stoopid newb and tell me what this button does...

The print on the button has worn away and nothing happens when I push it. Im guessing it has something to do with the radio. The electronic manual I have doesnt say what this is either...

girlfriend calls me other day pissed cuz windows didn't work after dropping off to get convert top inspected. Told her to check fuses then was like wait you see button with red base "yep" push that, much lulz.

Kinda weird how the other buttons are pretty clean, but just that one is faded. Never had a car with a circuit breaker for the power windows before.
