Anyone have H&R sport springs for an iX for sale?

I can't seem to find anyone who has them. Every distributor or vendor I talk to says that there are none in the country and have no ETA as to when more will be getting here. If anyone has a set could you please email me. MJTSUB@YAHOO.COM

    Thanks

how about KAW's ix springs 65/40mm drop. thats like 2.5 upfront so you'd probably want to stack some spring pads but its an option. have you put any thought into ground control?

Yeah I checked with IE and they were in the same boat as everyone else. I've never heard of KAW's springs. Where can I find more info on them. I dont think I want to 2.5" since it will put more stress on the CV joints and boots. Plus I still want some clearance for snow. Also I didn't know ground control made coilovers for the iX. I have the Koni yellows hear just waiting to be installed as well as new control arms and M3 offset control arm bushings. Any other options?

Standard sports will work as well, they just lower the front a tad more.

              Keep it slideways!!

Which is not a bad thing with the ass sag of h&r sports.

I was talking with a local iX guy, and he's contemplating IE Stg 3's. They don't lower the front much more than the H&R sports, but are a lot stiffer, and lower the rear more aswell.

What are the standard sport srings? Do you mean the iS springs? I didn't think the fronts would fit an iX?

they will fit but i wouldn't recommend them. GC doesn't technically make stuff for an ix but it has been done. I can hook u up w/ a guy that set you up w/ GC if you want. He has apparently done the GC/ix thing before.

Yeah could you give me his information? I would be interested in finding out what's required and how much it runs. Thanks.

talk to scott: sadare at aol.com

he is a GC dealer and an ix nut, he can give you the hookup. I don't know if that email address works anymore though, he's been missing from the ix group for a couple months. :(

Thanks I just emailed him so Ill wait to see what happens with him. My only other immediate option is Dinan springs which run $315 and only lower the car 3/4". I wanted to go a little lower than that though.

I thought lowering the IX made the CV joints wear out a lot faster or something?
