    What tool/tools am I missing?

    Any one know what tools I am missing? Specifically next to screw driver.

              not always blank. only blank in e30's. my e28 had that piece. on e30's we just insert the hex tool to manually crank our windows down but on the e28's, you need to insert that piece, then if i remember right, you use the hex tool to expand that piece, it locks itself in, then the spark plug wrench fits over it and you slide anothe piece through the cross drilled hole and crank down useing a sort of t wrench set up.

                  Yea I tried that but it doesn't stay. I have the hex window tool in the spark plug tool.

                        on my 86 es, i just insert the hex crank in the female slot in the door and crank it down. in the e28 u need to insert that piece that's missing from the e30 kits, take the straight hex key, insert in fitting, crank to lock on, then fit plug wrench over fitting, insert rod through cross drilled hole and turn down. if that makes sense
