    Yes it is legal, you need to get it Bar tested tho, its pretty easy, easier sometimes than trying to pass emissions

      That really doesn't seem that bad. Wjats so tough about doing a swap well and using emissions equipment? Even though we don't have emmission testing here, I still had a cat put in my exhaust when I had a full custom system made. I didn't have to but besides it helping Yeh sound by reducing rasp it at least makes me feel like I'm trying to help the environment.

      What about say an SR20DET swap into a 240sx? Can you get away with that using proper cats, egr, etc.?

        I lived in Shanghai for 4 years. I've been back state side for 4 years now, and still cant breath through my nose properly. Should probably get that looked at....

          It should be noted that most of what outsiders (and many clueless Californians) consider smog is actually May Gray/June Gloom and has nothing to do with smog.
