^Agreed. The way he out braked Lewis was ridiculous. Anyone else think Maldonado's penalty was a joke?

Not the most exciting race but Alonso had the best drive. Even with that more wing he was able to pull on car with an open DRS. Part of me wonders if Ferrari has some passive DRS system in place.

A rather ho-hum race espec for spa... Vettel looks as though he will be walking away with the championship.

Well that didn't quite go as expected what did they say about Kimi's brake problems?

I was never a fan of varsha until diffy started doing f1. Brundle is great behind only murray in my opinion.

Rosberg was very very impressive in Q3. He put in an epic 1st lap when every around him were a sec or more slower.

I don't think NBCSN knows the F1 demographic that well. Related note, with The former Speed channel now showing UFC fights, maybe NBCSN can pickup Varsha. Diffy annoys me more than Varsha.

That is true considering his contract is up in 2014

I think Ferrari was comfortable with Massa as he was a good blocker and a consistent point scorer, now that all of that is out the window Scuderia wants to explore other #2 drivers.

Looking forward to Kimi winning this weekend. I can only hope Vettel gets rear ended by Webber for no reason at all allowing Hamilton and Alonso to fight it out for second and third. It'd be nice if Button could slot in to fourth to give a glimmer of hope for McLaren.

Massa just hasn't been the same the last few years, and Ferrari has been more than patient, probably because Alonso is comfortable with Massa in the other car.
I would like to see Hulkenburg or Rosberg in the prancing horse; Ferrari needs a stronger second driver... I think it was Jody Scheckter who said that he would not have been WDC without a teammate that pushed him to maximize his own performance.

Alonso and Vettel equal? No, look at what Alonso is doing with the Ferrari vs Massa. Remember Massa was one turn away from being the 2008 World Champion....it's not like he can't drive.
I'm not going to argue over Seb vs Alonso but I do want to say that I saw a very interesting infographic somewhere online comparing Massa's pre and post injury performance. Maybe it's coincidence and yes, data can be manipulated to show anything but it seems he just hasn't been with it since. There have been a few exceptions where he did really well, or got very lucky. If he gets dropped from Ferrari I'd be more surprised to see him go to a smaller team than if he were to persue another series.

I see Massa out of F1. I don't know if he has big sponsorship to shore up a seat at a lesser team, but then again, why would he want to go Caterham from Ferrari?
