This is my first order from VSR, got a roll bar. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and its still not in. Now Im not too worried other than the fact they will not pickup the phone or return my emails... Is this normal for them? Like I know THR is hard to get ahold of :)

I don't think VSR actually stocks any of these bars prebuilt, I believe they're all handled through their builder. Since it's the "off" season for racers right now, he's probably backed up pretty solid.
Make sure you call during the day, I had the best luck reaching Mario between 12 & 2 pm EST - email doesn't seem to be the best way to get ahold of him.
